Site Launch Update

Hello and welcome to the new website!  I know it has been an extremely long time since the last news update, but much has happened so let's talk about what's new!

I have finally partnered with someone for some much needed help.  Austin joined the team a few months back, and has been absolutely invaluable in helping me take on the workload and improve the process overall.  He single-handedly designed this new website overhaul himself!  Check out our About Us page to learn more about him and his background/experience.

If you haven't already seen it, the new website launches with our new "Send-In" Order Customizer, allowing you to select exactly what upgrade options you'd like for your Send-In order!  We will slowly be adding additional options to these over time.

Even with Austin's help, it is still quite difficult to keep up with the sheer number of emails coming in every single day...  I am aware that people are still waiting for a reply, so I ask please be patient, we will get back to everyone.  It is our hope that the new Send-In Customizer helps cut down on the daily inquiries, making it a bit easier to keep up as they come in.

I have also started making "Designer Series" custom stick bases for Adjustable Tension builds.  They have various cool designs on them like crosshairs, pokeballs, etc. and cost an additional $10 for the pair.  You can view and add them from their own listing or within a send-in order customizer!

Finally, I am aware the online shop has been pretty empty lately..  I have needed to focus so much of my attention on send-ins that I barely have time to do custom pre builds to add to the shop.  When I do rarely complete one, it sells basically immediately.  I did want to make sure I had at least a few builds to post along with the new website, so I have 2 very cool Xbox Series X/S builds that will be dropping in the next day or two so keep an eye out for them!
